  • 1 Can I add to my order?

    To ensure we offer a prompt and efficient service to you, once an order has been placed it is immediately processed and sent to our warehouse to be picked and packed. We may be able to add additional items to your order, please email customersupport@wetradewholesale.com with your order number and details of additional items you wish to add to your order, if we are able to add these items we will email you with a payment link to pay for the additional items.

  • 2 Can I cancel my order?

    Orders received by us are processed immediately and go straight into our warehouse to be picked. We regret that, once you have placed your order, we cannot cancel or amend it unless under extreme circumstances. Please email us customersupport@wetradewholesale.com quoting your name and order number. We will do our very best to cancel it for you, but please note that if your order has been picked this will incur a cancellation charge. It will not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been despatched.

  • 3 Can I order less than your minimum order?

    We are a genuine wholesaler and importer, and therefore this means that we are used to processing extremely large orders. Our orders are sent by the pallet as this is much more workable for our warehouse to process. This is the reason that we offer free delivery in the UK mainland on orders over £500 as this is much more economical for us and our customers.

  • 4 Can I specify a named day for delivery or a Saturday?

    We can upgrade your delivery to a selected day or a Saturday delivery, however this will incur a surcharge. Kindly note, this option can be unavailable at times and during busy festive periods.

  • 5 Can I use your photographs and descriptions to sell the products on my own website?

    You can download, save and use our product photography directly from our website. However, we do not permit you to use the same product descriptions. this is because search engines such as google penalize for duplicate content on multiple sites, therefore if you use the same descriptions it damages SEO.

  • 6 Do I have to be a company or own a business to buy from you?

    No, anyone can use our service, but you must order goods up to the value of our minimum order.

  • 7 Do you charge VAT on orders going to the EU?

    If we are sending your order directly to you in an EU country and you have provided a valid EU VAT registered number when you registered with us, we will not charge you VAT. However, if we are delivering your order to a UK freight forwarder, or they are collecting from our warehouse, then we have to charge VAT. Once the goods have left the UK and you have provided a valid proof of export document alongside a valid EU VAT registered number, we can refund the VAT to you.

  • 8 Do you have a rep that can visit me and offer advice?

    Yes we do, just complete our Sales Rep Online Booking Form to arrange an appointment for our Sales Manager to come and visit you.

  • 9 Do you offer accounts?

    We can look at credit terms once you have a history of over 6 months ordering with us on a frequent basis, until then all goods must be paid for at time of purchase. Kindly note, account offering is completely discretionary and there is no guarantee for approval.

  • 10 Do you offer discounts?

    Our pricing strategies are carefully calculated prior to the offer being live on our website. To continue offering our customers with excellent quality at competitive prices, we are unable to offer any further discounts.

  • 11 Do you offer drop shipping?

    Our drop shipping service can be tailored specifically to your business and we can drop ship to any UK address, all we ask for is an MOQ of £500. We also deliver to Europe and can confirm carriage cost on site of order. So if you are a business supplier, a wholesaler like us or your customers require larger quantities, our service is perfect for you.

  • 12 Do you offer franchises?

    At present we do not offer franchises. We are able to consider affiliations and possible partner supplier agreements. Please email us with your proposal.

  • 13 Do you ship outside the EU?

    We are more than happy to deliver your order to any UK freight forwarder, who can then ship your order to any destination in the world. However we work on an ex.warehouse basis, so payment is required upfront, and you would need to coordinate the freight forwarder, their costs and relevant export documentation.

  • 14 How can I pay?

    We accept all major debit and credit cards, with no additional charges for using a credit card via our payments partner Sage Pay. If paying by bank transfer we need the funds to clear with in our account before we can despatch your goods, which usually takes 5-7 working days. Please note that bank transfer payments must be made within 48 hours of receipt of a pro-forma invoice. Any delay in making payment may result in your order being cancelled and incur an administration charge.

  • 15 How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday and 3 pm Friday will be despatched the following working day. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday and over the weekend will be despatched the following Tuesday. Subject to Bank Holiday amendments.

    • We will email you with your invoice on the day that we despatch your order. You can then expect delivery within the following timescales following despatch:
    • Mainland UK within 2 working days
    • Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Offshore Islands within 3-5 working days
    • Europe within 10 - 14 working days
    • Under exceptional circumstances we can allow for a named day delivery, however, this incurs a surcharge.
    • Delivery times are not binding.

  • 16 Is there a bulk discount?

    All of our prices are already reduced and include a bulk discount as we import them in vast quantities. Prices may be lower if you use our direct import service, whereby we import directly from the source in China on your behalf. The minimum order for a direct import is a 20ft container.

  • 17 What are your delivery charges?

    Delivery is based on pallet rates by our carrier, and is not marked up by us. The delivery cost is added to your order before check out: 
    UK mainland - we offer free delivery on orders over £500 net. For orders outside of UK mainland, please refer to our How it works & Delivery Information page for further information.

  • 18 What is your minimum order?

    The minimum order is £500 for UK mainland (before VAT); you can order as many different products as you want. Products are sold by the carton and not as individual products. Please refer to our How it works & Delivery Information page for minimum order information to areas outside of UK mainland.

  • 19 When do you deliver?

    Delivery usually takes place between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that some delivery drivers may operate outside these times and we are currently unable to accept specific requests for times or days. 

    We despatch all orders by the pallet and this will be shrink wrapped and covered on top. Whilst every effort is made to get your order to you in perfect condition, sometimes damage can be incurred in transit. Any external signs of damage to the wrapping or cartons must be noted on the delivery note whilst the driver is present and reported to our customer services team customersupport@wetradewholesale.com. If you suspect significant damage has been caused, do not accept the delivery.

    Deliveries are made by a tail lift lorry, and therefore you must ensure that we have suitable access and that the driver is able to stop and unload safely outside the premises. Please ensure there is someone available to sign for and unload the delivery, using your own equipment where necessary. Once unloaded it is your responsibility to get the goods inside your premises.

    Please ensure that all the details you give are correct as we cannot be held liable for any mis-delivery arising out of incorrect information that you have provided.

  • 20 Why is my invoice a few pence different to the original order?

    The difference is due to a recognized anomaly in accounting systems whereby decimal places are rounded up when calculating the VAT. Our website calculates VAT on a carton level whereas our accounting system rounds VAT from the individual unit level. This is an industry standard occurrence and will cause no problems when processing your VAT returns and company accounts.
